Tim was born in a small, rural town in Indiana where hunting, fishing and the outdoors were a prominent part of his early years.  After moving to Orlando, Florida and finishing school, Tim began working in the food and beverage/service industry landing first at the Hard Rock Café Corporation.  Many years, restaurants, cities and countries later he eventually left his home of sixteen years in San Francisco, California and returned to the Midwest to eventually discover Tekamah, Nebraska and Pheasant Bonanza.  Tekamah has not only provided him with the opportunity to reconnect with his grass roots passion for hunting and fishing but also the chance to continue his desire to provide the best service and offer the freshest locally sourced ingredients to our guests at Pheasant Bonanza.  Tim looks forward to meeting and entertaining all of our guests as well as having the opportunity to provide premier lodging and dining experiences.  “See you at Roosters”
